Owner имеет значение 'владелец, собственник': хозяин (фактический владелец) дома – owner of the house, хозяин фабрики – owner of the factory. Host и landlord имеют более узкое значение: host означает 'хозяин дома по отношению к гостям', landlord – 'хозяин гостиницы или дома, сдающегося жильцам': пить за хозяина дома – to drink to the host, платить хозяину за пансион – to pay the landlord for board and lodging.
